험한 십자가 능력있네 | The rugged cross has power

목적도 없이 나는 방황했네 소망도 없이 살았네
I wandered without purpose; I lived without hope.

그때에 못자국 난 그 손길 나에게 새생명 주셨네
Then those nail-scarred hands reached out and gave me new life.

험한 십자가에 능력 있네 거기서 나의 삶이 변했네
There is power in the rugged cross; there my life was changed.

찬양하리 주 이름 영원히 주의 십자가 능력 있네
I will praise Your name forever; there is power in Your cross.

나는 믿네 갈보리 언덕 십자가
I believe in the cross upon Calvary’s hill.

나는 믿네 그 누가 뭐라해도
I believe, no matter what anyone may say.

이 세상 다 지나고 끝날이 와도 험한 십자가 붙들겠네 Though this world passes away and the final day comes, I will hold on to the rugged cross.

나는 믿네 십자가에서 못박힌 주 오늘도 새삶을 주시네
I believe in the Lord who was nailed to the cross; even today He gives me new life.

날 새롭게 하셨네 나는 새 피조물 십자가 잡고 살아가리 He has made me new; I am a new creation, and I will live holding to the cross.
